Translation provided for information. The Portuguese text is the binding version and prevails in case of any divergence (point 11.4 of the terms of use).

This page forms part of the Terms of use (point 10.4). It describes which data your company can take with it, in which formats, how switching is done and where the data are.

1. Exportable data

  • Company and users: company data, settings, users and roles. It does not include passwords, verification codes or keys.

  • Customers and contacts: customers, addresses, contacts, own suppliers.

  • Commercial: quotes and their lines, versions and statuses; orders; own prices, discounts and the company's price tables.

  • Technical and production: configurations of doors and windows, models, production orders, cutting lists, CE documentation issued.

  • Documents: all PDFs issued and the files uploaded by the company.

  • Metadata: creation and modification dates, authors, statuses and versions of each record.

2. Excluded

  • The WiNOVA software, its code and its interface.

  • The catalogues of suppliers and of WiNOVA licensed only for use in the service (point 4.4). The final prices the company used remain in the exported quotes.

  • The internal operational data: technical logs, metrics and infrastructure configuration.

  • The data of other companies.

3. Formats and standards

  • Data: JSON (UTF-8), one file per type of record, and a copy in CSV (UTF-8, with a header).

  • Documents: PDF, as they were issued, and the uploaded files in their original format.

  • Manifest: manifest.json, with the list of files, the number of records in each, the SHA-256 fingerprint, the schema version and the date.

  • Schema: the description of each field is delivered with the export.

  • Delivery: the file is encrypted (age) to the key or password your company indicates.

4. How switching is done

  1. Ask by e-mail at info@winova.pt, or in the service itself, stating the destination. The destination may be another provider or your own infrastructure.

  2. We confirm the request and the schedule, within the periods of point 10.4.

  3. We deliver the complete export and give the agreed assistance.

  4. We confirm completion. The retrieval and deletion periods then follow.

Known limitations. The export is prepared by our team, on request, and is not yet automatic. The configurations are delivered as data, not as files of another program.

5. Where the data are

  • Servers: Hetzner, in Germany and Finland (EU).

  • Encrypted backups: Backblaze, in the European region, in the Netherlands (EU).

  • Network and protection: Cloudflare. Traffic passes through Cloudflare's network, but the data are not stored there.

  • Payments, invoicing and e-mail: Stripe, Moloni and Resend, only with the data each function needs.

6. Protection against unlawful access by foreign authorities

  • Where the data stay: the databases and the backups stay only in the EU.

  • Encryption: the data always travel encrypted. The backups are encrypted with keys that we keep, and the storage provider does not have them.

  • Requests from authorities: each request is examined before it is answered. We comply only with requests that have a valid legal basis in the EU and contest those that do not.

  • Notice to your company: we notify your company of any request, unless the law prohibits it.
